Township Economic Commission SA (TECSA) is a not-for-profit company founded in 2019 and officially registered in 2022. As a non- membership organization, TECSA was established before the enactment of the Township Economy Development Act (TEDA). Our mission is to recognize and support the interconnected roles of the rural, village, and township economies, enhancing our national presence and footprint through strategic partnerships with organizations such as SPAZASA, WEARYOURBRAND, and SALGA. These partnerships have enabled us to collaborate closely with communities across the country.
TECSA is dedicated to building townships of the future by aligning our founding pillars, programs, and projects with the TEDA Act and its legislative mandate.
